JoeDana

A child of the 1990s, JoeDana got his early start in graphic design making cut and paste zines. With the help of glue, tape, and kinko's, he produced two zines semi regularly. Admittedly, he started doing this so he could score tickets to shows around town and not have to pay money since he was "covering" the event.

However, through these rough creations, he started to understand basic layout design and what was pleasing to the eye. he started making flyers for bands the same way. It wasn't until college that he got formal training in various adobe programs.

JoeDana fell into the Real Estate field. He was hired specifically because of his experience making print ready pieces. He would modestly joke, "I make punk rock flyers for real estate agents." but through many years of making these pieces, he gained more experience and knowledge in the entire creative suite. He also took classes in his free time to become more masterful in his craft.

JoeDana has now been designing real estate marketing materials for over a decade and through that experience, he has gone back into designing flyers for bands, dj events, apparel and so much more. He is the regular designer for (a 501(c) non profit) Razorcake Magazine's monthly happy hour event. He is one of the designers for the successful downtown Los Angeles brand Angry Hour.

He makes the designs that make you exclaim, "Rad!"
